Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
