Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Ridge Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
