Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Foxglove Studio is a El Paso manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 6 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
