Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
