Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
