Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 605 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
