Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Mill Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
