Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Clearpath Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fresno working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
