Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Rivermark Granite Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
