Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Clearpath Drift Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
