Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Summit North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Little Rock region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
