Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
