Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Highbridge Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
