Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Nova Mill Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
