Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Bright Fox Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 551 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
