Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meridian Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
