Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Corner Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
