Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Memphis. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
