Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Clearpath Drift Facilities is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
