Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Foxglove Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
