Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Energy is an energy provider in Phoenix focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
