Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Lumen Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Omaha, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
