Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
