Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Foxglove Group is an agricultural business based around Albuquerque. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
