Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
