Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Silverline Granite Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
