Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Harborlight Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Las Vegas region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
