Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Knoxville region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
