Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Madison, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
