Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Nova Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Atlanta region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
