Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Redstone Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Charleston. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
