Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
