Operations Manager - vendor management (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Raleigh region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 414 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
