Operations Manager - vendor management (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
