Operations Manager - vendor management (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Hollow Transit Planning Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
