Operations Manager - vendor management (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Phoenix design routes and schedules, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
