Operations Manager - vendor management (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Cross Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
