Operations Manager - vendor management (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
