Operations Manager - vendor management (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Philadelphia region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
