Operations Manager - vendor management (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Orlando focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
