Operations Manager - vendor management (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
