Operations Manager - vendor management (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wilder Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
