Operations Manager - vendor management (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Partners collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
