Operations Manager - vendor management (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Nashville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
