Operations Manager - vendor management (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
