Operations Manager - vendor management (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge West Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
