Operations Manager - vendor management (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bridge Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
