Operations Manager - vendor management (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Quill Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
