Operations Manager - vendor management (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Maple Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
