Operations Manager - vendor management (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Orchard Farms Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
